We perform simple demolitions of real estate properties and demanding disposal of industrial objects and dismantling of technological units. At the same time, we are continuously monitoring and applying the state-of-the-art trends in the industry. We consistently observe environmental protection and disposal of wastes according to the applicable legislation. We perform demolition works in the entire Czech Republic and EU. We mostly perform the recycling of building waste and its breaking on the demolition site.

HOW DEMOLITION WORKS

ARE DONE

The client must obtain a demolition permit from the Municipality prior to start of demolition works. At the same time, we request the opinion of the energy and gas providers and the waterworks on the engineering networks under their management.

1. Consulting

Call or write to us. We agree with you on what we can do for you and send a technician to the implementation site..

2. Inspection

The technician shall inspect the site and consider the potential procedure and scope of works and arrange the precise implementation deadline.

3. Demolitions

According to the determination of the demolition deadline and procedure, our technician shall visit the site and perform the demolition using machinery and hand-held equipment.

4. Removal

We continuously grade all material and transfer it to the collecting yard, where we subsequently process and prepare it for future re-sale.
